This is a book about a rug that is made up of things typically found swept beneath the rug. Paper clips, hair balls, feathers, crumpled papers, buttons, etc. are itemized in a grid-like structure on the bottom of the opened book, and they are reconfigured into a Persian rug-like pattern on the top of the opened book. Each side consists of the same elements, yet a different effect is achieved.
